Will you eat here again even if it wasn't for "'licious"? 

Yes but I will not come back for "'licious" - they really rush you to finish the three-course menu within an hour and a half, which ruined the pacing of the meal. At the same time, each course did not seem special to me. Their regular menu is much better and is worth trying!
