Side story: Patrice and I had wine and apps at Sidebar after Tim Ho Wan. Unfortunately, I do not have photos from that part of the evening but believe me when I say that Sidebar is a great alternative to the regular bar scene. The atmosphere was relaxed, the wine selection was great, and the apps were pretty good. Thank you to Patrice for taking me to this place as well as around Manila during my short visit to the city.
